The Serie A powerhouse have named ex- Azzurri manager Spalletti to lead the team for the rest of the term.
The 66-year-old takes over from the Croatian manager, who was let go after the Serie A side's defeat by Lazio recently.
Tudor arrived at the club in March as Thiago Motta's replacement but left after seven months at the end of an eight-match winless run.
Under Spalletti, Napoli clinched the Serie A championship in 2022-23 prior to assuming the Italy role, which missed out on the 2022 World Cup under former boss Roberto Mancini.
He helped them qualify for Euro 2024 where they were knocked out in the last 16 by Switzerland.
Nonetheless, Italy dismissed Spalletti in June following a loss to Norway in World Cup qualifying, with the Azzurri at risk of missing out on a third consecutive World Cup.
He has previously coached Inter Milan, Roma, and Udinese in Italy's top flight and secured two Russian Premier League titles with Zenit St Petersburg.
Juventus were temporarily led by Massimo Brambilla in the midweek 3-1 triumph over Udinese moving them to seventh position in the league - trailing leaders Napoli by six points after nine matches.
Their Champions League campaign sees them in 25th place in the group stage, having lost once and drawn twice in their opening three matches.
